I’m not sure of all my details yet, can I still start my order?

Absolutely, it can take a little time to approve colours and get all of your details exactly as you want them. It’s really not unusual to still be waiting for your venue confirmation when starting your order process.

Can I change the artwork of your designs?

We add your details to each design to give it that personal touch. Any changes to the design aside from your information will fall into the custom design category below.

Can I supply my own artwork?

You sure can. We can print just about anything onto your Tea Towel, so feel free to get creative.

Please contact us first for print/artwork sizes and details on what file format to send through your design.

Can I get a custom design created by Invitation Tea Towels?

Absolutely. Contact us early as an original design is quite involved and will take a while to develop – tell us your ideas and give us as much information as possible, including pictures if you have any.  We will then send it to one of our hand-picked designers to put together a custom design quote for you, which will be a one-off fee specific to your design requirements (in addition to our standard pricing guide).

Do Invitation Tea Towels have other products?

We are developing new products such as Thank You Tea Towels, aprons for Kitchen Teas, as well as Tea Towels for other events like Hen’s, Christenings and Baby Showers.

We can also provide screen printed personalised invite Name Tags, RSVPs and Thank You cards to accompany your invitations, and for those of you who would like to extend your theme throughout your event, we can also print napkins, place settings and table runners.

How long does it take to get my order?

After the final proof of your design, delivery is approximately two weeks. We can certainly speed this up if you need your invitations sooner.

How do I pay?

You can pay by EFT or credit card over the phone, or cash if you live in Sydney.

100% payment is required on confirmation of your order and will include your delivery costs if any apply.
